Machine Setter - High Care - Dayshift

Albert Bartlett is a family-owned UK food manufacturer and a leading supplier of potatoes and potato products. Across fresh, chilled, and frozen lines, the business plays an important role in food production and is known for quality, consistency, and high standards across its operations.

This role is focused on supporting mash production and helping keep busy manufacturing lines running smoothly. It offers the chance to make a direct impact in a fast-moving production environment where attention to detail, pace, and teamwork matter every day.

Responsibilities

• Work in a High Risk / High Care area on mash only.
• Operate fast-paced, high-volume production lines.
• Carry out machine set up and changeovers.
• Monitor the line during production runs.
• Direct workers at the end of the line, including sleeving activities.

Requirements

• Experience working efficiently on fast-paced, high-volume production lines.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Previous machine setting experience in a food production environment is a plus.
• Experience directing or coordinating line-end staff, such as workers on sleeving or others on the production line, would be advantageous.
