Assist RF design and planning for Macro, Micro, Repeater and IBS, C-RAN sites, ensuring accurate site planning, coverage solutions and timely RF plan preparation.
Conduct field surveys, feasibility analysis, site visits and RF optimization activities to ensure high-quality network design and coverage.
Analyze drive test and benchmarking data using tools such as TEMS, SwissQual and QVoice to identify network issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
Drive resolution of customer complaints through root-cause analysis, drive testing and cross-functional coordination within agreed SLAs.
Monitor and optimize key radio network KPIs including Call Drop Rate, Call Blocking, Call Setup and Handover Success Rate, Data Throughput, PRB utilization, ERAB drop rate, inaccessibility to improve network quality.
Manage frequency, parameter and capacity optimization, including TRX/SDCCH dimensioning and issuance and follow-up of work orders with relevant teams.
Coordinate with Technology, O&M, Network Deployment and other stakeholders to implement network improvement projects and ensure successful post-implementation KPI performance.
Execute Issue and manage cell-level/site/BSC configuration and work orders, including scripting and scheduling of critical activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion.
Cell/site/Thana Label TT handling based on performance KPI for both GSM and LTE technology within agreed SLA.
