As a Papyrus ADF Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative document automation solutions.   • Develop and maintain document templates and workflows using Papyrus ADF, ensuring optimal performance and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Configure and manage customer communication management (CCM) solutions, including personalized document generation and distribution.
  • Integrate Papyrus applications with various enterprise systems and databases, enabling smooth data exchange and process automation.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, designing innovative solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and provide production support to ensure the stability and reliability of the document automation platform.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and enhancements to the document automation framework.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Papyrus ADF or Papyrus CCM, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of document composition, workflow automation, and output management, ensuring efficient and accurate document generation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and system integrations, enabling seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, adapting to changing requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with banking, insurance, or financial services domains is preferred, understanding industry-specific requirements and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Java, web services (REST/SOAP), and enterprise application integration is an asset, enabling seamless system integrations.
  • Experience with document management and digital communication platforms, ensuring efficient document storage, retrieval, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
