Purpose

We are looking for a CRM Manager - Argentina to lead and scale our CRM strategy across the country. Your mission will be to drive player engagement, retention, and value through highly localized, data-driven CRM initiatives, supporting our expansion into new provinces and strengthening long-term relationships with our players. This role is fundamental to maximizing customer lifetime value and consolidating BetWarrior’s growth in Argentina.

In this role, you’ll

Design and execute localized CRM strategies tailored to each province, ensuring relevance, performance, and cultural alignment.
Lead omnichannel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app communications to optimize engagement and retention.
Monitor and analyze CRM KPIs at a national and provincial level, translating insights into actionable improvements.
Coordinate closely with the Head of CRM and key stakeholders to align local initiatives with regional and global strategies.
Manage the full customer lifecycle, from activation and retention to reactivation of inactive players.
Develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to increase LTV and ARPU through personalized campaigns.
Collaborate with Product, Sports, Casino, Acquisition, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless player experience.
Lead the expansion into five new provinces, defining go-to-market CRM plans and localized propositions.

What we look for in an exceptional candidate

5+ years of experience in CRM roles, with proven people management experience leading teams of at least 3 members.
Experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or online casino industry.
Strong background in CRM platforms such as Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
Solid experience in omnichannel marketing, including email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications.
Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and experience working with performance metrics and KPIs.
Ability to translate data into insights and actionable CRM strategies.
Fluent written and spoken Spanish

Bonus points if you also have

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, PowerBI, or basic SQL.
Fluent written and spoken English
Exposure to predictive models or advanced analytics to anticipate user behavior.
Experience running A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize CRM campaigns.
