About The Role

The Client Services Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s daily operations and long-term growth. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This successful candidate will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills to confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove service to new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for inbound client communications.
  • Prepare documentation for account openings, transfers, distributions, and other transactions.
  • Monitor client onboarding progress and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for the advisor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and custodian portals.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation for client meetings.
  • Liaise with back-office teams and vendors to resolve client issues.
  • Support trading and account maintenance activities under advisor supervision.
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities daily in pursuit of business objectives.
  • Small amount of annual travel may be required for training.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners without direct control.
  • Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have good understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products,

including but not limited to equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Ability and desire to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 65 licenses

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
