Responsibilities

Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out assembly, disassembly and inspect functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
Read and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP).
Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
Assist the Operations Leader/ Assistant Foremen/ Cell Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.
Carry out proper documentation.
Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.
2 years relevant experience in engine or module assembly/disassembly/inspection or testing. Open to consider candidates with no experience with keen interests to pursue a career in aerospace industry.
Good understanding of technical drawing such as Engine Manuals.
A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.
Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.
Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
Relevant technical experience in Engine MRO or Aerospace industry is a plus.
