AI Digital Content & Communications Manager

Tasks

• Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs)
• Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance)
• Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment
• Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback
• Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content platforms
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and web/content performance measurement
• Strong knowledge of Knowledge Management principles, including:

• content lifecycle management
• content review and expiration processes

• Experience managing digital content platforms and supporting website operations in a corporate environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
