Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Subject Matter Expert- Supply Chain Solutions position will be based in Chennai .

What a typical day looks like

Understand and support end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes including:
Demand, Supply, Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, Order Management.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BAAN V and BAAN LN ERP applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to resolve system issues and improve functionality.
Evaluate integration requirements between ERP and connected applications.
Support integration design involving:
Planning Systems
Manufacturing Systems
Data Warehouses
Reporting & Analytics Platforms
Customer and Supplier Interfaces
Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations.
Validate data mapping, interface logic, and business rules.
Analyze ERP master and transactional data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Support data migration (Site migration) and validation activities.
Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams for dashboard / solution related impact
Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with BAAN V and/or BAAN LN, Supply chain solutions.
Experience supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes (E&O, Inventory, Finance integration)
Experience with ERP (BAAN/LN), MDSS, Snowflake, Tableau/MSTR
Strong data analytics, validation, and governance mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in solution design, UAT, and system implementation
