RAF Lakenheath / RAF Mildenhall – Suffolk, United Kingdom

POSITION SUMMARY

• The Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day onsite execution of Dining Facility operations and
• serves as the primary operational leader assigned to the facility. Responsible for staffing continuity,
• operational performance, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and contract execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

• Manage daily DFAC operations
• Coordinate meal service
• Ensure staffing coverage

Staffing & Workforce Management

• Create schedules
• Support onboarding and training
• Coordinate emergency coverage

Quality Assurance

• Conduct inspections
• Ensure HACCP and sanitation compliance

Customer Service

• Resolve service concerns
• Support Government inspections

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain operational records
• Support corrective actions

SHIFT SCHEDULES

• Morning Shift: 0500–1400 | Day Shift: 1030–1930
• 365-day operation including weekends and holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years food service experience
• English proficiency
• Right to work in UK
• RAF installation eligibility

Preferred

• Military DFAC experience
• ServSafe Manager certification

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25kg, rotating shifts and holiday support.
