Manufacturing Technician

Responsible for daily production support shift by shift from technical perspective.

Key Job Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for new operator training & assessing to good lever of skill
• Responsible for production equipment/tooling/process/parameter check in case of abnormality
• Responsible for daily Andon reaction by RPS and following escalation process to engineers
• Responsible for continuous improvement by kaizen, cycle time, change over, standard work, 5s etc.

Education / Qualifications

High School degree minimum

Technical Degree Preferred

Experience

2 – 5 years’ experience in assembly plant/process (tightening, camera, robot, leak testing, balancing etc.) with experience in electronics factories and clean room preferred
