We are hiring for a business planning manager to support corporate finance team across both strategic & operation functions.

Business Planning & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the SEA Corporate Finance practice.
  • Monitor progress of key projects and provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market, pipeline, and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Drive regional marketing and branding initiatives, showcasing deal successes and Corporate Finance capabilities.
  • Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance research, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate regional leadership meetings and annual team events, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

  • Support communication and alignment between the SEA Corporate Finance CEO and regional teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and management materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage the team's professional presence on LinkedIn and other communication platforms, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Promote key business achievements, thought leadership, and people-related initiatives across the region.

People & Talent Initiatives

  • Support the implementation and communication of learning and development programmes across SEA .
  • Coordinate and facilitate the regional secondment programme .
  • Assist in the delivery of strategic people initiatives focused on engagement, development, and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, project management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Consulting, Banking, or Professional Services is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with AI and digital tools for research, analytics, content creation, or process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse teams and geographies.
