What You'll Be Working On

You'll support a diverse portfolio of innovative healthcare technologies, including but not limited to

  • Mako™ a system used for robotic-assisted orthopaedic surgery
  • Operating Tables used in theatres for surgery
  • Neptune™ Waste Management Systems used to manage surgical fluid waste
  • Theatre solutions that connect imaging, video, and communication systems within the operating theatre

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on Stryker medical equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clinicians, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Support customers across hospitals and surgical facilities.
  • Ensure service activities meet quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements ISO 13485.
  • Manage inventory, spare parts, and service documentation accurately.
  • Meet service KPIs relating to responsiveness, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Operations teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A customer and patient first mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within your state at short notice.
  • Competent using hand and power tools with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience servicing medical devices, healthcare technology, industrial equipment, or other complex technical systems.
  • Knowledge of hospital environments or healthcare operations.
  • Experience providing field-based technical support.
