About The Role

Manage the co-ordination of the Civil work packages on this hyperscale project.

Manage a project team of 20+ including, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.
Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.
Oversee contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set-up, management and close out).
Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.
Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.
Bachelor’s degree in Civils Engineering or similar preferred
At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.
Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
Experience in scheduling, programming, managing subcontractors and sequencing.
Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.
Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary
Experience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessary
