In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

  • Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize manufacturing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of PLC and electrical control
  • Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred
  • AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience
