您将执行我司进出口运营工作，确保商品以最低到岸成本及时抵达，同时确保其完全符合海关规定。担任此职位，您将与业务伙伴紧密合作，以确保进行高效管理，及时制定解决方案并执行。对外，您将负责第三方物流供应商、报关商、货运代理及其他必要的利益系相关者的运营管理工作，以此履行职责。此外，您还将负责文件准备（发票、包装清单、提货单）、关税管理、追踪和跟进、索赔管理、发票账单管理、合规执行（HSE、质量及风险管理）、辅助投标及第三方业绩管理等活动。

岗位职责

您将：

为直接下属完成的出口公司间运输流程提供高水平服务，并为所有参与此流程职能团队提供支持
负责公司间运输出口，包括创建 SAP 账单文件
负责准备其它出口文件——各类证书
与外部合作伙伴共事——例如海关机构
协同仓库团队及第三方物流运营商完成运输准备工作

具有离岸物流或运输领域的工作经验
具有海关流程及文件的实操知识
能够诠释数据
书面及口头沟通能力
SAP 经验——Microsoft Office（Excel 技能：透视表、Vkookup、Sumif 等，以及会使用 PPT）
能够抗压工作
