About The Role

U Trust Insurance is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

In this role, you will work closely with existing clients, manage account-related administrative tasks and servicing requests, and help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured office environment. Your work will play an important role in supporting a positive client experience while ensuring that account servicing and administrative processes are handled accurately and in accordance with company procedures.

This position is on-site in our Spartanburg office.

Responsibilities

Manage and support existing client accounts, related

servicing requests

Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner
Follow up on open requests and help move them to resolution
Keep client account and policy records complete, up to date, and well organized
Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM and ERP systems
Work closely with internal teams to support client needs
Help ensure a high level of service and attention to detail in daily operations

Qualifications

Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
Insurance industry experience preferred, with knowledge of insurance products, services, and markets
An active Property and Casualty insurance producer license is a plus, and we are happy to support candidates who are interested in obtaining one
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently while working effectively with team members and internal departments
Tech savvy, able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems
Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
On-site in Spartanburg, SC
