VP Global Market Access (all genders)

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the global market access strategy across the entire portfolio and product pipeline
- You shape the conditions for sustainable and timely patient access to innovative therapies worldwide
- You develop global strategies in the areas of Market Access, Reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and External Reference Pricing
- You ensure the market access readiness of new products and support international product launches
- You advise the Management Board and Senior Management on strategic issues relating to healthcare systems, market access and reimbursement
- You advise and support our international affiliates on complex market access challenges
- You build sustainable relationships with relevant external stakeholders and represent medac in international networks and committees
- You create transparency through market insights, commercial intelligence and data-driven recommendations for action
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree (PhD preferred) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, Life Sciences or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an international Market Access, Reimbursement or Health Technology Assessment (HTA) role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience in a global or regional management position
- In-depth knowledge of international healthcare systems, as well as reimbursement and HTA processes
- Experience in international product launches and the development of global access strategies
- Strong expertise in External Reference Pricing and international price referencing systems
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Experience leading complex international organizations
- Fluent in German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
