What You’ll Do

Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
