Graduate Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support the design team in preparing presentations, reports, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and BIM teams for project deliverables.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate comments from senior architects.
• Support project coordination meetings and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work from the Noida office.
