Requirements

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a positive service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
