Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

To manage all the operational activities, responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient execution of treasury transactions & maintaining accurate records

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring day to day smooth operations of treasury and markets in context to the Indian market including processing, settlement and timely reporting and reconciliation of the accounts.
Driving STP, efficiency and productivity of the unit.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies of treasury operations
Collaborating with risk management team to identify and mitigate the risks through self-assessment.
Timely settlement and confirmation and funds management
Daily reconciliation of accounts and highlighting and resolving the breaks.
Product and working knowledge of various treasury products and ability to guide the team and maintain rapport with the various stakeholders including Front office, external/ internal audits, regulators and other units.

Required Experience

15+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations having Fixed income and Bonds hands on experience along with other treasury products.
Understanding of the key RBI regulations and it’s impact on operations.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline with exposure in Treasury management and compliance.

Core Competencies

Treasury product knowledge especially Fixed Income and Bonds in the Indian market
Handling treasury projects and process improvements for operations.
Ability to interpret data and handling dashboards.
