The Jessica Barns Agency is looking for an outgoing and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Coldwater.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, likes having goals to work toward, and wants a career with strong earning and advancement potential. You don't need previous insurance experience to get started. We'll provide the training and support to help you learn the business and become confident in your role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand what they need and help them choose insurance coverage that makes sense for their situation.

Your responsibilities will include

Connecting with new prospects through leads, referrals, and outreach
Asking questions to understand each customer's needs
Preparing quotes and explaining Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other coverage options
Turning prospective customers into long-term clients
Following up consistently throughout the sales process
Identifying opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage
Managing leads and customer activity through agency systems
Working toward individual and team sales goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows everything about insurance.

Stay organized and take ownership of your responsibilities
Have sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing experience
Hold an insurance license or are willing to complete the required licensing

Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
