About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first Customer Success Manager, you'll own the full customer journey — from onboarding through expansion — ensuring every customer gets lasting value from an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. Working closely with product, sales, and engineering, you'll be a key driver of retention, adoption, and growth at an early-stage startup where your work directly shapes the product and company trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey from sales support through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customers, driving satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation programs to ensure fast time-to-value and sustained engagement.
  • Run workshops and training sessions to accelerate product adoption and share best practices.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape the roadmap.
  • Help customers unlock measurable efficiency gains and support them through key business decisions.
  • Manage accounts to drive retention, upsell, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering to ensure customer needs inform development priorities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Confident communicator able to engage with C-level stakeholders and build trusted, lasting relationships.
  • Proven experience delivering customer onboarding, training sessions, and workshops to drive product adoption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to understand and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and motivated to build in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Background or interest in construction, supply chain, or the trades is a plus.
  • Native German and fluent English — both are essential for daily customer-facing communication.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits.
