About The Role

Supply Chain Manager

As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the functions of Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customer Service, while driving the S&OP process and ensuring strong alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting business growth by balancing service excellence, inventory efficiency, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead supply chain operations for Brazil.
  • Drive the S&OP process to balance demand, supply, inventory, and service expectations.
  • Ensure high service levels (OTIF, Fill Rate) while optimizing inventory and minimizing obsolescence risks.
  • Manage logistics and supply chain costs, contributing to overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements for medical products.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to guarantee business continuity.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within multinational companies.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
  • Solid understanding of Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, and S&OP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in matrix and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP, planning systems, master data, and business intelligence tools.
  • Portuguese and English are required. Spanish is a plus.
