Job Description

IT自动化开发工程师 （BPO 流程自动化方向）
工作地点：大连
工作职责：

和BPO流程经理一起分析BPO关联的业务流程痛点，识别自动化机会，确定IT解决方案。
使用 Python 开发脚本或轻量级应用，实现数据抓取、清洗、报表生成、系统集成等任务；
或者基于 Microsoft Power Platform（Power Automate、Power Apps、Power BI）构建低代码/无代码自动化流程与内部工具；
探索并落地 AI增强型解决方案（如文档智能识别、合同关键信息提取、智能审批建议等）；
与业务部门紧密协作，将自动化方案嵌入日常操作，确保易用性、稳定性和可维护性；
持续优化现有自动化流程，监控运行状态，快速响应异常。

职位要求：

熟练掌握 Python，VBA，有实际项目经验（如使用pandas、openpyxl、requests、selenium、Flask等）；
熟悉 Microsoft Power Platform 生态，至少能独立搭建Power Automate流程或Power Apps应用；
理解RPA或流程自动化的逻辑思维，有UiPath、Power Automate Desktop 或类似工具经验者优先；
具有简单日语基础的经验者优先
良好的沟通能力，能与非技术人员顺畅协作，将业务语言转化为技术方案。
