Module Coordinator

About The Role
The Module Coordinator will oversee the entire lifecycle of module fabrication projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors. They will enforce HSE protocols, conduct audits, and engage with the workforce. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage project teams and ensure timely delivery while adhering to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate EPCC module fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety audits, and organize campaigns and drills to promote a safe work environment.
- Perform weekly HSE inspections, focusing on critical areas, and engage with on-site staff for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Review construction progress against project schedules, providing regular updates to the Project Management Team.
- Schedule and review work assignments, ensuring efficient and timely completion by the project team.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project documentation, including drawings and reports.
- Oversee module fabrication and assembly, ensuring adherence to the integration scope of work.
- Identify and participate in constructability reviews to optimize project outcomes and identify potential risks.
- Prepare and issue meeting minutes, presentation materials, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in project coordination, engineering, or project management.
- Proven experience in EPCC module projects, especially in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of topside modules fabrication, oil and gas processes, and construction practices is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation and reporting abilities.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse project team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and meet tight project deadlines.
- Proactive approach, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications is a must.
- A strong understanding of HSE protocols and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
