Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Treasures clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with the utmost care and attention
• Assist clients with a wide range of banking transactions, including account management, fund transfers, and investment services
• Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients
• Continuously enhance product and service knowledge to provide clients with the most relevant and valuable information

Requirements

• Have experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in using various banking systems and digital tools to provide efficient and accurate service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
