The Senior Key Account Manager – Auto is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key automotive clients, ensuring strong commercial partnerships, and driving business performance.

We’re looking for KAM with Strong relationship-building skills to lead strategic account plans, negotiating business opportunities, monitoring market trends and making sure client needs are aligned with Swarovski’s capabilities and business goals.

About the Job

  • Drive and strengthen long-term sales relationships with premium and luxury automotive manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients in the automotive industry, including regular engagement with top decision-makers across existing and prospective accounts.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned area of responsibility, and monitor performance against defined business objectives.
  • Define and execute pricing strategies, and support contract negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Lead the acquisition and execution of large-scale projects with up to €200 million in turnover, ensuring close oversight of budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to support long-term partnerships with luxury and premium OEM and Tier 1 clients.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Retail experience, ideally within the automotive industry
