[What the role is]

School of Business - Associate Lecturer (Human Resource)

[What you will be working on]

Facilitate learning for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) learners through interactive seminar, workshop, coaching, and experiential learning activities.

• Design, review and deliver industry-relevant curriculum in areas such as:

Full HR functions

• HR Analytics & HR Technology (AI)
• Strategic and Operational HR Functions
• Industrial & Organisational Psychology
• Positive Psychology
• Psychometric Assessment
• Socio-emotional Counselling

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant qualifications preferably in the relevant field(s)
• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Able to commit at least 2 days per week to facilitate.
• Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Preferably possess own laptop with minimum Microsoft Office installed
