Pet Shop Assistant

Responsibilities

• Answer clients' queries through call and WhatsApp.
• Schedule customers' appointments and arrange pets' transport.
• Take care of day care dogs.
• Perform cashiering functions, including cashier counter closing.
• Provide tender loving care to canines in the shop.
• Greet customers upon entry and make them feel welcome.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers, and pets.

Requirements

• Must be a canine lover.
• Friendly and approachable to customers.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, or working in a pet shop will have an advantage.
• Able to work a 6-day work week.
