About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Loader Operator , where you will play a vital role in supporting our concrete production operations through safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. What You'll Do
- Safely operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes.
- Manage raw material inventory by maintaining proper bin levels and ensuring timely material delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and plant area to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by upholding the company’s core values and safety standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment.
- Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.
- Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders.
- Ability to work primarily outside, with exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather.
