About The Role

We are looking for a Fresh Graduate IT Technical Engineer to join our team and support technical operations, IT systems, and technology-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
Support IT projects and technical implementations.
Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken .
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
