What this job involves

Carry out and oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement for building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance
Monitor work progress, ensure quality, and meet service timelines
Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and contractor proposals
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
Liaise with contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in building services engineering
Holder of EMSD Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above) is an advantage
Relevant maintenance experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant
Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
