Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist - Bilingual in Korean MUST

About The Role
- Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- 3PL & Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations, 
- including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and regular 
- stock reconciliations.
- Import / Export & Customs Clearance: Coordinate international shipments 
- (Air/Ocean) with freight forwarders and customs brokers; manage required trade 
- documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, FDA entry records).
- Freight & Carrier Operations: Negotiate and manage relationships with 
- domestic/international carriers, optimize shipping routes, track deliveries, and 
- resolve transit delays or shipment claims.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics performance, monitor freight costs, 
- and implement process improvements to enhance shipping speed, accuracy, and 
- cost-efficiency.
- Sales Administration & Commercial Support
- Order Management & Processing: Manage end-to-end sales order entry, invoicing, 
- fulfillment tracking, and proof of delivery (POD) across DTC, wholesale, and retail 
- channels.
- Account & Customer Admin Support: Support account setup, vendor onboarding, 
key customer inquiries, return requests (RMA), and sales document maintenance.
- Sales Data & ERP Operations: Maintain accurate master data, enter sales 
- contracts/orders into ERP systems, and generate regular sales performance and 
- inventory status reports.
- Cross-Functional & HQ Coordination: Collaborate closely with U.S. Sales/Marketing 
- teams and Korea Global HQ to align demand forecasting, product availability, and 
- order priority schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business 
administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and sales 
- administration/support; experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, 
- healthcare, or CPG is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for communication with 
Korea HQ and U.S.-based partners.
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventory 
management, and inbound/outbound logistics.
- Familiarity with import/export processes, freight forwarding, customs 
documentation, and international shipping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage 
- multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously
