Function- Sales

Efficiently helps customers choose parts and provides internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality services

• Provides customers with information about accessory parts and specials
• Answers telephone calls, indicates prices and provides any other information
• When answering incoming calls, adopts a strategy that focuses on selling parts and or/ arranging appointments.

Requirements

• Must be over 18
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs
• Be organized, professional and courteous
