Job Description Own end-to-end delivery and operations of ServiceNow platform and collaboration platforms. Lead platform strategy including rationalization and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools. Drive DevOps maturity including CI/CD, release governance, and automation. Manage vulnerability management programs across platforms. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulations. Plan and execute platform upgrades and modernization initiatives. Oversee governance and lifecycle management of content platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmaps and delivery priorities. Provide leadership in architecture and design discussions. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting for platform health. Drive awareness, training, and adoption initiatives.
