Application Engineer

• 🎯 Your Role
• As an Application Engineer , you sit at the crossroads of engineering, product development and digitalization .
• You are responsible for the technical implementation of new products into internal software tools , enabling efficient and accurate commercial offers across the organization.
• You act as a key technical reference , ensuring that our configurators and tools reflect the latest product developments and performance standards.
• 🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing product configurators
• Integrate new product developments into internal tools
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams
• Manage and ensure consistency of product master data
• Analyze and improve tool performance and functionality
• Coordinate technical updates and evolutions
• Support internal stakeholders as a technical advisor
• Develop new configurators with external partners
• Deliver trainings to end-users

🛠️ Your Profile

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanics or equivalent)

Experience & Skills

• Experience in application management / maintenance
• Strong affinity with IT systems and digital tools
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SQL Server and/or C# is a plus

Soft Skills

• Analytical and solution-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomous yet team-oriented
• Structured, accurate, and accountable
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Languages

• Dutch + English + French (mandatory)
• German is a plus
