Cake Decorator (FULL-TIME) - Bakery Production Plant (Overland, MO)

• We are looking for candidates to fill the role of FULL-TIME C AKE DECORATOR at our Schnucks Bakery Plant located at 8590 Page Ave, St Louis, MO 63114.
• Experience is preferred for this role, but depending on your experience we might have opportunities to train you as a decorator.
• A cake decorator is a role where you can do something fun and creative while you work!
• The position is full-time and pay will be negotiable based on your experience.
• The hours are Monday-Friday 6am-230pm and rotating Saturday's 7am-noon.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes with roses, decorative borders, flowers and balloons .
• Creating special products for people’s life celebrations .
• Icing cakes in a timely manner.
• Packaging cakes to be shipped out to the stores.
• Constantly clean work area and equipment following company safety and sanitation procedures .
• Other duties will be assigned at the discretion of the store management.

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates

• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
