Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead and coordinate smaller projects with low complexity. In this role, you will take responsibility for project execution while ensuring delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute smaller projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans together with Project Controls.
• Manage scope, financial plans and schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Coordinate resources and project activities.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Handle changes and follow established change-control processes.
• Monitor project progress, costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant education or experience within project management/engineering.
• Experience with project planning and execution.
• Understanding of scheduling and resource planning.
• Knowledge of risk and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured and comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects.
• Working command of the English language.
