Job Description
The Role: Clinician (LCPC or LCSW)
The Clinician provides assessment, diagnostic, individual, group, and family therapy services to patients treated on an outpatient basis.

The Work
- Formulates individual patient treatment plans and completes all required documentation.
- Systematically and continually assesses the patient's mental status in collaboration with the patient/family/providers.
- Provides outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
- Identifies and refers patients to appropriate community resources for follow-up care.
You Have
- Active LCPC or LCSW required.
- At least 1 year of Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Compensation Information
$40.80 - $71.40
The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
