We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst I to support transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, customs documentation, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations across global supply chain activities.

This role is responsible for coordinating logistics transactions, managing relationships with 3PL providers, monitoring inventory and transportation activities, supporting import/export requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by

Managing daily logistics and supply chain transactions across internal systems and 3PL partners
Coordinating transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and reverse logistics activities
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers and logistics carriers
Supporting process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service quality
Preparing commercial invoices and other import/export documentation requirements
Processing shipments through carrier Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Performing inventory transfers and inventory-related transactions
Reviewing and implementing customer compliance guidelines, routing instructions, and shipping requirements
Managing transportation activities to and from warehouse locations
Monitoring, validating, and disputing transportation chargebacks as needed
Coordinating value-added services, rework activities, and execution with logistics partners
Generating reports, dashboards, and logistics analytics for operational decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain and logistics issues

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL experience
Strong understanding of:
Transportation operations
Warehousing
Inventory management
Import/export processes
Supply chain operations
Experience working with:
ERP systems
CRM platforms
Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines

Flexible Requirements

Experience supporting global logistics operations
Experience working with consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Knowledge of customs brokerage and international trade processes
Experience managing carrier compliance and routing requirements
Exposure to inventory planning and demand forecasting processes
Experience presenting operational reports and analytics
