Junior Consultant / Specialist Emergency Medicine

We are looking for an experienced Consultant / Specialist – Emergency Medicine to join a reputed healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency medical care, managing acute and critical cases, and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions.
• Provide immediate stabilization and management of critically ill and trauma patients.
• Perform emergency procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up and disposition.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, international clinical standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.
• Supervise junior medical staff where applicable.

Requirements

• Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialty experience .
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills in emergency care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
