In this role you will

The Product Manager supports the Contracting team by managing hotel partner relationships and optimizing rate and availability performance through targeted, data-driven actions. This role covers the Las Vegas market or a broader geographic area, depending on business needs, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize commercial outcomes and partner engagement.

The position also focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships within the department and across the broader organization.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with hotel partners.

Manage contractual allocations, last-minute availability, and overall portfolio occupancy to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with hotels and the Contracting Manager on promotions and special offers.

Review, accept, or negotiate stop sales based on market and performance insights.

Evaluate production data and implement appropriate follow-up actions.

Train hotel partners on supplier interfaces and support the adoption of system features.

Perform tasks related to competitiveness reporting and regular price comparisons to ensure the best available rates.

Support the setup and activation of BAR contracts, working closely with relevant internal teams.

Assess, investigate, and recover 3P bookings to DC in line with departmental guidelines.

Demonstrated experience integrating with or managing connectivity across leading hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS), including IBS, Derby Soft, and SynXis platforms, is required.

Apply a deep understanding of Revenue Management principles — including pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and yield optimization — to engage in informed, strategic dialogue with hotel Revenue Management teams, supporting partners in maximizing their commercial performance through the WebBeds distribution network

Additional Responsibilities for Senior-Level PMs

Conduct market and trading analysis to enhance competitiveness.

Manage availability and pricing for hotels with Marketing Fee and Override agreements and track performance against targets.

Review key fair periods to maximize rate and availability opportunities.

Analyse key reports and ad-hoc data to support revenue growth and optimization.

Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Outlook

Personal effectiveness with strong communication and influencing skills

Comfortable using phone to negotiate with suppliers.
