About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to support the Group CoSec Team in managing corporate documentation and facilitating document execution processes. The role is responsible for organizing large volumes of legal and corporate documents, coordinating documentation for Directors’ review and signature, and maintaining accurate corporate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Organize and archive large volumes of legal and corporate records, maintaining a rigorous digital filing system that allows for rapid data and document retrieval.

Audit corporate records periodically to ensure all documents are correctly filed online or stored physically.

Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and document retention policies when handling sensitive or confidential corporate information.

Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, providing regular status reports to senior legal staff.

Support the implementation of new legal tech tools or workflow improvements to streamline the document management process.

Facilitate the execution of legal and corporate documents by Directors and Officers of the Group, including arranging for authentication of documents such as notarization, legalization and apostille as and when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a legal or document management role
  • Experience handling large volumes of documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with corporate documentation processes and document execution workflows

Strong problem-solving skills ability to work collaboratively across teams

Experience working across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage

Prior experience with handling migration of vendors and consolidating records from various teams/offices within an organization is an advantage
