EV Operations Manager

● Implement strategies to improve CSR, Uptime and customer satisfaction within the Benefrux markets.

● Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment where internal and external stakeholders, including EPCM partners, Payter, Eseye, OEMs, Transcom and SRS India, are motivated to reach CSR and uptime targets.

● Responsible for providing input for Belgium and France reporting on Operational KPI’s, Performance and improvement programs.

● Managing processes for site compliance, auditing and HBE/ERE credit claims

● Lead regular RevRoom meetings for Belgium, Luxemburg and France

● Flexibility in job scope as the needs of the Recharge network and organisation evolve over time.

Commissioning

● Oversee the end-to-end process of commissioning, recomissioning and decommissioning EV charge points within the market(s), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

● aligning the end-to-end process of commissioning, recomissioning and decommissioning EV charge points with external stakeholders including Payter, Eseye and OEM’s to ensure market compatibility, uniformity and efficiency for the Benefrux market

● Make sure commissionings are First-time-right by making continuous improvements in the EPCM and FMC delivery.

Partner Management

● Collaborate SRS India team to be able to deliver high quality, relevant support to all the markets in the Benefrux cluster

● Manage Level 2 (Befrux) customer support operations effectively to resolve customer issues and inquiries related to EV charge points. Pro-actively drive triage and root-cause analysis with IDT and 3rd parties (EPCM/FMC). Escalate Level 3 support incidents to IDT effectively and co-ordinate stakeholder engagements accordingly.

● Managing FMC inquiries and supporting the training of L2 and L3 technicians on Shell‑specific network solutions. Building strong working relationships with FMC and oversee the coordination of inquiries handled by FMC and L3.
