As an Experienced Associate in Resourcing and Deployment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Talent and Development initiatives within our Internal Firm Services. You will be instrumental in managing staffing and deployment processes, confirming that the right talent is aligned with the right opportunities to drive organizational success. This role is based at the PwC Acceleration Center India, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to optimize resource allocation and enhance workforce efficiency.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with different stakeholders to build meaningful connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and internal stakeholders, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff deployment and resource allocation to meet project demands
• Managing workforce planning and staffing models to optimize team performance
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align resource management with business objectives
• Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic forecasting and decision-making
• Developing and maintaining staffing plans to support project resource management
• Engaging in data analysis to enhance business performance management
• Facilitating team development and management to foster a collaborative work environment
• Supporting staff management and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities
• Implementing demand management strategies to balance resource availability and project needs
• Conducting stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience in deployment, forecasting, staffing and benchmarking
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
