As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will engage with clients to provide strategic guidance and insights, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop actionable recommendations. Within our Strategy practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with executives and business stakeholders to define requirements and design scalable, technology-enabled strategies. Your work will span enterprise transformations, digital reinvention, and business model redesign, helping clients leverage data, automation, and cloud ecosystems to achieve growth and operational agility. You will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding value during problem structuring and analysis phases, and designing future state structures that incorporate innovative solutions and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
• Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
• Translating business requirements into actionable digital and operational solutions
• Building financial and operational business cases to evaluate transformation feasibility and ROI
• Supporting large-scale digital transformation programs by coordinating across workstreams and managing risks
• Assessing client operating models and value chains to identify efficiency levers and growth opportunities
• Collaborating with technology teams to evaluate integration patterns and data platforms for scalable solutions
• Demonstrating knowledge of cloud architectures and emerging technologies relevant to transformation programs
• Facilitating sessions with executives and cross-functional teams to align business and technology initiatives
• Contributing to roadmap design and change enablement for enterprise-wide transformations
• Participating in knowledge development and capability-building efforts within the firm

What You Must Have

• At least a Maste of Business Administration's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
