Our Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our Narellan centre. If you love variety, enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, and take pride in great patient care, this could be your next role.

Our Narellan practice is a busy 4-chair centre offering a broad range of dental treatments, with a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work each day.

• Availability Monday - Friday required, including a late close on Thursdays
• Willingness to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis - higher weekend rates apply!
• Open to occasionally supporting our Campbelltown centre when needed
• Based primarily at Narellan Town Centre with convenient parking, public transport, and shops nearby
• Backed by a supportive Centre Leader and a growing patient base

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation, and/or reception is desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
