What's The Role

• We're looking for motivated Wash Bay Attendant / Truck Detailers to join our team in Derrimut, Melbourne on a permanent basis.
• Working Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in ensuring our fleet is maintained to the highest level while working in state of the art facilities.

We offer two permanent shifts to suit your lifestyle

• Morning Shift: 5.30am start
• Afternoon Shift: 1.00pm start (shift allowance applies)

Your main responsibilities will include

• Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
• Vehicle Cleaning & Presentation - Cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of trucks and trailers; Ensuring all vehicles leaving the depot are clean and presentable.
• Facility Maintenance - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the wash bay area.
• General Yard Support - Performing basic yard or shed duties as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous detailing experience in the heavy vehicle industry or similar role desirable
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.
• Being able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
