About The Role
- Team Leader – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Reports to: Manager
- Role Summary: Lead and manage end-to-end P2P operations and team performance across assigned entities, ensuring timely closing, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.
- Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years of AP + AR in an SSC, regional hub, or commodity trading environment; at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Accountant – Order-to-Cash (OTC / Receivables) (2 headcounts)
- Reports to: Team Leader 
- Role Summary: Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections, and reconcile accounts across multiple entities.
- Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 3+ years of related accounting experience (commodity trading or public accounting experience is a plus).
- Junior Accountant – Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Reports to: Team Leader
- Role Summary: Execute daily bank and Forex transactions accurately across multiple entities while ensuring strict adherence to month-end deadlines.
- Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (international/global hub experience is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Mindset & Behaviors: High integrity, attention to detail, proactive "own it" attitude, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team player.
- Working Style: Ability to handle tight deadlines, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure (flexibility to support holiday coverage if required for AR).
- Strong accounting knowledge; proficiency in MS Office; experience with SunSystem, Oracle, iRely, or Power BI is preferred.
